Can I put in a custom order? How much does it cost?
YES! I love doing custom orders, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or DM me through instagram to discuss. Cost varies based on size and complexity as well as materials.
What if I like one of your designs but want it in a different color?
Let me know! If I can facilitate it, I will.
Do you ship?
Yes, I ship domestically using USPS and always send you the tracking code so we can make sure it gets to you safely.
Why do you ship pieces in between cardboard?
I've found that the best way to ship and deliver intact pieces is to sandwich them between two pieces of cardboard. I get cardboard secondhand from neighbors and my own ordered products, break it down, and reuse it to keep your pieces safe in transit. It may not be the prettiest, but it does the job and is a bit more eco-conscious than buying new packaging.
Do you have a return policy?
All sales are final on custom ordered pieces. If you ordered one of my products and decide it's not for you, please let me know within 48 hours of receipt. You'll need to pay for shipping it back to me, and while I can refund you the cost of the piece, I won't be able to refund the shipping cost.
What if my piece is broken when I get it?
If your piece is delivered broken please contact me within 48 hours of the delivery date through email at email@example.com.
If I get a refund, how long will it take to receive?
I use stripe payment processing which takes 7-14 business days to process a refund.
